Bring It! Work Outs More Effective!

Okay I love Gyms!  I used to practically live at one!  But that last 10 lbs  impossible to be gone!  Now it is my last 20 .... Eh!

I can't believe that more gyms do not offer It Works products!  But that is likely because they don't know!   I think that using the wrap to get that inspiration is a great tool! 

Another thing that I know is that Fitness Trainers try to help people diet!  This is a great way to throw in some extra products including the Greens, ProFit and Energy Bars!  Also throwing in some Fat Fighters and ThermoFit is just going to get them to their goals faster!  I love that because like we say at It Works Dream then Re-Dream!

Enzyme Cleaner! Living Toxic Free!

This is the time of year to get extra Vitamin C! 
There are tons of colds and illnesses floating through the air!

I like to clean with Enzymes they are a super basic cleaning aid and I love how they smell and clean! 
Plus they are completely NATURAL CLEANER!! This is the DIY Enzyme Cleaner to get all the other toxic cleaners out of your house and life!
I love CANADA IT WORKS! because it is a part of a natural botanical lifestyle!

This recipe takes 2 weeks to complete! 
This one I made has mostly lemon peels with a few lime!  But I have just started another one with lime and orange peels!
THESE ARE THE GUIDELINES!
*1/2 cup of brown sugar.
*2 or 3 cups of fruit peels.
*2 tsp. Yeast this is the trick to getting your potion in less than 3 months! Meaning that if you do not have Yeast then you have to leave your peels for 90 days to get the same results!
*2 liter Jar with Lid!  A pop bottle will do but I like to use glass over plastic!
Simply mix the brown sugar, fruit and yeast in bottom of container and fill to the top with water!

Then wait! 14 days!

Shake it once and awhile and keep the top on a little loose so some air can escape! We don't want a volcano!

TWO WEEKS LATER!
Strain Out your beautiful potion and keep the peels!!
  Now I am experimenting with mixing the peels with baking soda to make a scrub!
 I have been mixing 1 cup baking soda with the peels and processing them in a food processor! 

Seriously this is a POTION!  It is amazingly potent!

At Full Concentration or Undiluted I use it as

• Laundry Cleaner
• Dishwasher Liquid
• Any Kind of terrible Stain! on Floors or Clothes!
• Insect Repellent
• The toughest duties!

For an all Purpose Cleaner I mix about 1 part enzyme with 10 parts water!  It is also good for

• Bathroom Cleaning
• Washing Fruits and Veggies! I keep a small mixture in my purse for when I go to the market!
• Keeping cut fruit fresh!
• Dusting

To Mop any kind of floor I use 1 part enzyme with 20 parts water!  This is perfect to Wash the Car or Fertilize the Garden as Well!



This Cleaner is the only cleaner in my house!  I love it!  I just think it is so practical and it gives me an excuse to serve every drink with lemon or lime!  I keep water in my fridge with pieces or lemons or limes and once the water is drank then I have a perfect base for my mixture!  Seriously everything is nicer with a little citrus!

Bleach is the only product that you can prove on a daily basis that it kills germs!  So if you see anything on commercials saying that government daycares, doctor offices or restaurants use their product they are full of it because if they are government regulated they are only to use bleach so that they can prove that it is in fact clean!

Defining gel!  What!  This is amazing!  My Mama always said "Don't get a tattoo when your old it will be faded and wrinkly!"  Not anymore Mama!  It Works! Canada My It Works!  Eh!

Seriously HAIR DETOX with Greens!  FABULOUS!

 

Okay this is a picture I found but I have heard that one friend tried this due to a orange ting from box dye! 

I am going to update this post once I have tried it! 

I want to try this to eliminate my use of Shampoos!  I have been using Costco Brand or Treseme and I would like to just use this natural recipe!

I am going to try 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1 cup of boiled water that is still hot! 

I am going to mix them in a bowl and pour them into an empty mason jar with a soap dispenser lid!

I am going to add a teaspoon of Vitamin E oil into the mason jar and shake!

To try as shampoo.  I have lots of hair it is not thick just lots of it! 

 

For my Rinse I am going to use 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed into 1 cup cold water!

I am going add 10 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil 5 drops of Lavender and 5 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil

There is lots of room to tweak this recipe to work for you! Eh?

 

Before I do this I am going to DETOX my Hair

with 1 tsp (2 scoops of Greens) and 3 TBSP of Coconut Oil

 

You will love your hair after this even if you use Shampoo or Conditioner!

 

 For anyone who does change to the "No Poo" you want to detox first!  Just because it is likely that there is still traces of conditioner or shampoo and your hair gets used to it! 

 

Use a tiny bit of Coconut Oil to keep hair silky and frizz free!

Expo Booth Ideas!

Okay I love Expos!  They are an awesome way to meet people ready to spend money!!
On many jobs I have done I have been to Expos!  I love love love them! 
I love talking to people and I love seeing other people too!  Plus they are looking for things like you!
Okay enough of the talk!
Watch Please!  I do not know this woman Tiffany Taylor but I can't wait to meet her!! I love this!
She talks about the following ideas and I have added a few of my own!
I love being the big, brightest and loudest though! EH!

**A Magic Wrap Booth!  OMGosh what a great idea out of some PVC and curtains she has an amazing place to wrap people at the Expo in a bit of Privacy and at the same time Give an AMAZING Visual!  I love how her kids are hiding in it!  If it is not being used as Magic Wrap booth it is a great place for kids to hang!
I am going to take these 2 ideas from Pintrest and DIY a Magic Skinny Booth! 

**Making sure Blitz cards are getting out to everyone passing by!  Have more than one person there so if one is speaking to potential customer the other is handing out Blitz Cards! 

**Entry Forms for a draw!  Make the bowl Fancy!  Have a 1/4 Page form with questions like Name, Phone, Email, If interested in getting a Free wrap with a 5 friend party!? and If your interested in Earning an Extra $300-$500 a month!?   She writes notes about the person she talked to and if more than one person at Expo then they can also initial to ensure that they get their persons contact! "LEAD CARDS"  I have big diamonds from the dollar store I am going to add to the bottom of a vase for this!

**KEEP EVERYTHING YOU NEED ON A CLIP BOARD to carry around everywhere! Your Order Forms, Blitz Cards, Pen, Lead Cards and brochures.  This looks professional and you can deck out your clip boards in dollar store items like diamonds and Rhine stones!  Like this dollar store project!

**Add Layers to your display! Seriously!  They make a table look fabulous!  Some ladies have added candle tower like layers and some other drape boxes in stand out materials!



This has an example of both!  The bottles on the left side are on an tower like display and the ones on the right are on a box draped in fabric!

***Play Some Music!! Pump It UP! 
**Have pictures of before and after!  Either in a frame or on a slide show!
**Hand out samples of ProFit or Greens or Both!

I think just be the Energy!! I love the colours of It Works! and I think that you will find that most people are attracted to that!! Be personable and remember every person gets you closer to your goals and you can get them to their goals!!
